I'm Anne Vestergaard, a teacher who works with special education for youths with general learning difficulties. I've been doing this for over 20 years.

I've always enjoyed drawing and have succesfully incorporated it into my teaching, where I draw material for my students.

This book contains recipes, some based on danish traditional ones, for baking various breads and cakes. There are recipes for christmas cakes, gingerbread, pancakes, tarts and Danish pastry amongst many others. Furthermore, you'll find overviews of weights for each ingredient in deciliters, table- and teaspoons.

I decided to release this book first, as I've found it to be motivating for people who are new to baking.
